Doers
If there is one thing I have learned in life, it is that success always goes to the doers. You may find people who are smart, people who have learned a lot of skills, or who have a good education, and yet they are wasting away doing little with it. Whereas, you may find someone with seemingly far less intelligence, ability, or education who takes what little he or she has and uses it, does with it. They are doers.
There is no substitute for doing, for taking action. So often we see ordinary people doing extraordinary things simply because they take action, they do.
If you want to know the one, true secret to success, it is to do, to be a doer. Take whatever you have, whatever you have learned, whatever you can learn, and do something with it. Apply it. Use it. There is no substitute. You can think about something that you want. You can wish for it. You can meditate about it. But, it is not going to materialize via inaction. Success, attainment is all about doing. You can set goals, but if you don't make a plan and take action, what good are the goals? You can want to have a sizeable retirement account, but if you don't save any money and invest it, how can you reach that goal?
When I first started buying real estate I went to a bank sale of a house. On my way there I was thinking, "Oh, my gosh... There will be dozens of people there, smarter and with more money. What am I doing?" You know what? Often I would be the only one who showed up!
I am a doer. I want you to be a doer. Stop waiting...and start doing.
Find A Way.
